This agreement is effective at the time you complete the booking process and acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

What You're Getting

When you book an AI Assessment with Compass Rose Digital, here is exactly what is included:

•  A 60-minute strategy session (phone or video) to walk through your current tools, lead flow, and operations

•  A written assessment report with specific AI and automation recommendations, including named tools and estimated costs

•  Recommendations ranked by fastest return on your investment

The report will not be released until payment is received in full.

Payment

The total cost of the assessment is $500.00, due prior to the release of your report. By booking, you agree to pay this amount in full.

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours, no refund will be issued. Once your report has been delivered, all sales are final.

What We Need From You

To give you the most accurate recommendations, we ask that you come to your session prepared to share:

•  The tools and software you currently use to run your business

•  Rough estimates of how much time you spend on tasks like following up with leads, answering customer questions, and scheduling

•  Any pain points or bottlenecks you want to address

If you're unable to provide this information during the session, delivery of your report may be delayed accordingly.

No Guarantee of Results

The assessment gives you a strategy based on your business — but results depend on implementation, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any time or revenue estimates in your report are projections based on the information you provide and reasonable assumptions. They are not guarantees.

What we do guarantee: the session will be conducted professionally, your report will reflect genuine analysis of your specific business, and we will give you our honest best thinking.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business stays confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business information to any third party, except as required by law.

In turn, the frameworks, systems, and approaches we use in your assessment are proprietary to Compass Rose Digital. We ask that you do not share or reproduce them for commercial purposes.

Publicity

With your permission, we may reference your business by name (but never your personal contact information) in case studies or promotional materials. We will always ask before doing so. If you prefer to remain anonymous, just let us know.

Limitation of Liability

Compass Rose Digital's liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment ($500). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you make based on the assessment.

Independent Contractor

Compass Rose Digital is an independent consulting firm, not your employee or business partner. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship or gives Compass Rose Digital authority to act on your behalf.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Your Acknowledgment

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

•  You agree to its terms

•  You authorize payment of $500.00 for the AI Assessment service
